What patients say on Google
“Dr. Joanne is by far hands down thee best PCP I have ever had. She is not only the nicest person I ever met, but as a doctor she really listens and cares about you. I would very strongly encourage anyone to take her on as your own PCP. She gets to know you on a personal level, like she is your best friend. Joanne has always made me feel comfortable and I could tell her anything.”
“So far ive had a great experience i just started with shayna a week ago and so far im very impressed! She is doing mental health care the right way! She has an in-house nurse practitioner and she is patient led meaning she actually listens to the patient and not just follows some manual or guidelines for diagnostics! I highly recommend people give her a try.”
“Great service all-around great, happy i found there service 😀”
“When I first came here, I felt valued as a patient. I even recommended this place to friends and family because it was the first time I’d felt truly cared for by medical professionals. However, I’ve experienced significant delays: one appointment started 20+ minutes late, and another 35+ minutes late. When I addressed this with one of the professionals, they explained that they ‘stay with a patient as long as they need’—but I wasn’t notified of the delay until after I’d already waited. I would have appreciated being informed within a few minutes so I could have rescheduled if needed. Transparency about delays is important to me, as it is for all patients. During our conversation, the response included comments like ‘You missed an appointment before’ and ‘You can just leave.’ They also mentioned extending my appointments and referenced a policy, and I’d never been notified about both. It’s not my responsibility to accommodate schedule changes I wasn’t aware of or consented to. A healthcare provider should communicate delays promptly and respect their patients’ time. Instead of an apology or accountability, I was met with excuses. This isn’t how a professional should handle patient concerns. Due to these experiences, I’ve decided to seek care elsewhere where my time and concerns are valued. I hope this feedback is taken seriously for the sake of other patients.”
