“I had a horrible experience with elevate wellness!!! My first PA for psychiatry, was Christine Massengill. My second was with Brittany Roysland. Christine gave up on me, even though I was just trying a new medication. Brittany supposedly had a daughter that was Ill and I had a allergic reaction to anafranil. I reached out to her several times and she never returned an email! I sent her several emails telling her that I was praying for her and her family and her daughter because supposedly her daughter wasn't doing well. I had the allergic reaction to the anafranil and had to go off of it and I never heard back from her or the company. I have been going through withdrawals for over a week now with no contact from Brittany or the company! I believe that this company has people working for them that have mental issues of their own and have no right to treat people who have mental issues. If I had been someone who was suicidal and going off of medication for over a week and a half after a year of being on medication they would have had the biggest lawsuit ever! They act like they care and they don't they don't care about anybody except for the money they're putting in their pockets! They have no interest in actually helping anybody or caring for anybody. I even gave brittnee the chance to reach out and apologize for not contacting me for over a week and a half while I was withdrawing from medication that I had to go off of due to an allergic reaction. Brittany never once reach out to me even though I reached out to her several times the company also did not reach out to me even though I reached out to them several times. I also reached out to them today which is May 26th 2026 and told them that I was withdrawing from my medication for over a week and a half with no one contacting me. All of the sudden Britney was available to see me at 7:40 p.m. tonight on May 26th 2026. This company is a horrible company for anyone who is really suffering with depression and anxiety OCD post-traumatic stress disorder any issue that is a mental issue this company is horrible and has no interest in actually helping you.”
