“I am writing this review to warn others about a severe failure in patient safety and professional judgment at this clinic. Prior to a loved one’s appointment, I contacted the office to inform them that the patient was experiencing severe depression and acute suicidal ideation. As the legal Power of Attorney, I explicitly requested that the clinical team handle this information discreetly for the patient’s own safety. Instead, upon arrival, Dr. Shetty immediately informed the patient that I had called ahead. Despite being presented with clear evidence of an immediate mental health crisis, the clinic refused admission, failed to contact emergency services or law enforcement to initiate a wellness hold, and allowed a severely unstable individual to simply walk out the door. The lack of crisis intervention, complete disregard for actionable safety warnings, and failure to exercise a basic duty of care at this facility are deeply alarming. If you or a loved one are facing a critical mental health situation, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for competent, safe medical care.”
“I just want to say that it’s very difficult to look for mental health help in El Paso and there’s usually a waitlist you get put on.. but I was able to get an appointment fairly quick here. Even though I was very skeptical because of reviews and this being my first time, I feel so relieved and glad that I came here! Dr. Schetty was a blessing today and I genuinely felt like I was being listened to. I’m happy I took this step towards my mental health journey. P.S. front office girls were nice, but they do seem busy so I can see how some may see that as ignoring. Patience is key. 🙏🏽”
“They really screwed my life up last year. I have no idea why but they put people in here that have had a stroke. THAT'S NOT A PSYCHIATRIC ISSUE. BUT MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT WERE IN THERE WHEN I WAS IN THERE HAD HAD A STROKE. THEY THOUGHT I HAD HAD ONE. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT IT WAS. I HAD A BRAIN BLEED BECAUSE I HIT MY HEAD 6 WEEKS BEFORE IN MY HOME IN ARIZONA. On my way back to Arizona from texas, the brain bleed finally got to me I guess. Didn't know I had it. I was physically disabled for years prior to what happened to me because of bad back surgery. They wouldn't listen to me. They were so insistent that my physical disability was due to a stroke! The staff members don't listen to the patients! They also didn't get my medical records from Arizona. They didn't give me any of my regular medications. PlusIf they did they would have found out that I was supposed to continue taking antibiotics for an infection in my spine. I've been in the hospital for a month with a bad spinal infection. Then I was released to be on antibiotic medications for 2 months. But I had a mental block because of PTSD because of bad hospitals in Arizona. They put in my medical records that I have chronic heart failure, definitely don't, and also that I have dementia, definitely don't either. I didn't know that they had put that in my medical records until I tried to get life insurance 6 months ago. I went to a cardiologist and proved that my heart is fine. And my primary care doctor realized it was obvious that I don't have dementia either. If I did I certainly couldn't write this! I had to fight to get the hell out of there. And now to top it all off I've never gotten a single bill. Never got a phone call nothing. And now I have 517 bucks in collections on my credit report because of this damn place. The employees for the most part are nice. (Day shift) Except for the three psycho nurses that work night shift. If you have family members in there, rescue them and get them out!”
“As of late January 2026, there have been 464 high-confidence fire alerts reported in Mexico. This number reflects early-year, satellite-detected activity, and while it indicates active, ongoing fires, the total is considered normal compared to historical data from previous years. Active Incidents: While 464 alerts have been logged via VIIRS (Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite) as of late January 2026, the specific, real-time number of uncontrolled, burning wildfires can change daily. Context: These initial 2026 numbers are within the expected range, following a 2025 season where 6,996 wildfires were recorded across the country as of late December 2025, according to a National Interagency Fire Center report. For the most up-to-date, real-time information, it is recommended to check official Mexican sources like CONAFOR (Comisión Nacional Forestal) or satellite fire monitoring services such as Global Forest”
