“Dr. Z is a stellar psychiatrist. He actually spends TIME with his patients, gets to know them, and does a fantastic job communicating complicated information about medications in ways that make sense to his patients. He is not quick to prescribe unnecessarily, but also isn't "withholding" when complicated prescriptions are clinically indicated. His clinic offers state of the art treatments, far more advanced than you'll find in most psychiatrist offices AND he consults with his patient's other providers (e.g. therapists, psychologists, physicians, etc.). As a clinician myself, I've found many psychiatrists unwilling to collaborate on our shared patient's care - to the detriment of our clients. I love that Dr. Z is committed to his patients and MAKES the time to collaborate with their team of providers. I can't recommend him highly enough.”
