“I would recommend Dr Love to anyone seeking help, I met him first after my mom passed away and he has been by my side ever since. He knows my struggles since after I fell down 11 stairs and 3 surgerys in 8 months. He has always been there to get me through the hardest things I have had to deal with. I am now currently waiting on disability and he is surprised that I haven't gotten it yet. He is a great Dr, a family doctor that talks to you without a time limit. He actually cares and I hope he never retires on me because I would be lost without him. I give him 10 stars!”

“Dr. Love is always incredibly nice and accommodating. He always checks in with my life, my moods, and as an on-going patient I am able to call if I have a problem and get help asap. I've been seeing him for 10 years now. However for new patients the time to get in is quite a long wait however once in you are treated with priority. I have sent numerous referrals his way so know that the wait time for new patients has nothing to do with not putting patients as a priority, it’s really that current patients DO take priority. I wanted to clear this up after reading 1 star reviews that have nothing to do with dr. Love and shame on them!”

“My daughter had to switch providers because her current doctor passed away and her insurance had changed. She had no more medication refills and needed a doctor asap. Transfer of records were requested. There was no response for a week so we called to make sure there was not a problem. The receptionist said " honey it's only been a week it takes a lot longer than that to review your chart and decide if we can take you as a patient. Call back in a week." We called again the second and third week with the final response being, " let me get your phone number and someone will call you back." That was in September and no one ever called back. Thankfully we were able to find a practice that gave my daughter appts with a therapist and nurse practitioner right away. Needless to say, I would never recommend this practice because mental health and the urgent circumstances did not seem to matter. We are very satisfied with the current provider who takes mental health very seriously!”

“1. This is a phsyc Dr. they need an "on-call service." This honestly needs to be addressed. 2. The "phone tree" and hold times to speak with someone are RIDICULOUS! It takes longer to speak with office personnel, etc takes way longer than the ACTUAL APPT! This is unacceptable. 3. Dr. Love has been my phsyc Dr for around 4 years. Honest agreement.... He is a very kind compassionate, well educated, knowledgeable Dr. I, over 4 years can honestly say I do not have 1 negative comment to make.”
