“Here’s a polished review you could post: My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Pierre at Eden Health Psychiatric for over a year, and our experience has been wonderful. My daughter struggles with a mental health disorder and had a difficult time opening up and accepting help in the beginning. Dr. Pierre was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the process. She has a special way of connecting with children and helping them feel comfortable and safe. Over time, she helped my daughter break through many of her barriers and gain confidence in herself. The progress we’ve seen has been amazing, and we are so grateful for the care and guidance she has provided. “I really tried to give this place a chance… but Dr. Lovany… you forgot BOTH of the appointments we had scheduled. The first I scheduled & confirmed w you. & the second YOU scheduled. You’ve failed to fill my prescriptions on time forcing me to go without medication somedays which in my case can be life altering in a negative way. You built a relationships with me just to forget about me. Unfortunately Dr. Lovany is highly unprofessional. If you are struggling with your mental health you will struggle more after meeting her. She will make you feel crazy??? Like did I even schedule an appointment here? Bc why are you so surprised??? Didn’t even take my insurance. But you go back & wait? I did schedule this lol. Oh & it DOES say this should be covered. This is borderline a money laundering scheme. $150 for five seconds of your time so you could put me on the back burner… there’s far more professional doctors out there who take pride in their work. Mind you put me on an antipsychotic, a stimulant, & an antidepressant. 3 different medications, yes 2 of which I recommended as I knew they had worked for me. Hell you wanted to prescribe more… why so you could ask me to get used to functioning & then force me to go cold turkey bc I wasn’t worth putting in your calendar & remembering? A shame truly. I’m a domestic violence survivor trying to rebuild & yet again I am let down & hurt by those I thought I could trust.”
