“Went into the Blue Cross Blue Shield website to look for providers. All of edelweiss showing as available. All providers. Reached out and asked if they could take me on as a client as I’ve been on the same medication’s for over 10 years. With my last insurance, I was seen twice a year. No big deal. Filled out their form and waited forever for a response only to find out none of their providers have availability. I asked me to fill out the form? And then wait a week for a response? Just tell me you don’t have availability so I can move on. Now I’m paying out-of-pocket for a prescription because I can’t get another appointment with a different provider in time to prescribe me a simple antidepressant.. Do better”

“Can you give more than 5 stars??? Edelweiss has helped change my life… In the absolute best way! I’ve been a *mostly* dedicated patient for over 4 years now. I’ve been in both IOP programs, a few times, and I still see providers here on a regular basis. Sorry, gotta put a cliche here… Recovery isn’t linear. Never has been and never will be. I return and there is ZERO judgement. Only support. Every single provider I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with over my years coming here has been so kind, so understanding, so patient, etc ETC. I can’t recommend them enough! If you or anyone you know has mental health struggles they’d like to know more about, because after all Knowledge is Power, don’t hesitate to reach out to them. They have grown their network over the years to be an incredible support system for those of us who need it (and are usually afraid to ask). Special Mention to my amazing dietician Alyssa Milsap. Erika Steinbauer, McCaleb Eifert, Courtney McCaw, Katie Doyle all deserve shout outs as well! ”

“Been a patient here for a few years. Individual providers are fine but the clinic is terribly run. They've repeatedly sent meds to the wrong pharmacy, and are obstreperous about providing refills promptly. Fees for a missed appointment are high. In their worst case, their inaction providing me a simple letter of support cost me a massive professional opportunity. Do not choose edelweiss if you have other options.”
