“I asked for 1 more refill before I moved over to a different facility due to insurance. I was very polite, the nurse I spoke to, very rude and demanded I come in to be seen just so I could have one more refill for even just a week (mind you I cannot pay out of pocket) and i was unable to and she became very irate for no reason and it all just seemed very inconsiderate considering it is medication I need to function and theres no way I could work around that. The psychiatrist isnt much better, he started treating me different after my diagnosis it felt like and often times I felt invalidated. So yeah, and to the ladies at the front desk, you're always so kind and gentle and you're doing great.”
