How likely are you to recommend Ecker Center For Behavioral Health - Grandstand Office?
What patients say on Google
“I stayed in Crisis Residential for a month (I got an extended week) and I learned so much and had SUCH a great time, I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in need of a timeout. Lots and lots of groups, very well structured, the rules are really easy to understand and follow, and the staff genuinely cares about how you're feeling during your stay as well. You get to see your psychiatrist once a week to make sure your medication is helping, and the psychiatrists they have on staff are wonderful, as well as your therapist and if you're in the substance abuse program, they're kind too, from what I've heard. Once again, thank you Ecker, for helping me learn to manage my anxiety and various other symptoms. You've done a great job for a lot of people! 10/5 stars!”
“After my time at Ecker Center I have an eating disorder of some kind it all due to Brenda the nurse she is religiously focused on the BMI scale and will make you feel terrible about your weight. Now anytime I try to eat smell food and cook I only remember tear my self-confidence apart saying I do not fit the BMI scale so I'm overweight I am obese I am 6 ft with broad shoulders I will never fit your BMI scale And because of Brenda I lost my ability to enjoy food actually want to eat and maintain an appetite Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder is thanks to Brenda focus on the flawed BMI scale”
“This post is specifically for Jen who works is the pharmacy. You work at a facility that provides help for mentally ill people. Maybe instead of being so rude and condescending on the phone, you should have some compassion and understanding to the people that call. Instead of making them feel like crap. We're calling because we are under a doctor's care there. It's your job, if mentally ill people bother you, you're in the wrong place.”
“Being hopeful, heard a lot... From many and within... Physical health etc... the many lies, make so much up. We have a voice! But you can't!! Seen many good people.... The despair, trying to improve... Why??? Just for saying what's going on here, taken advantage of, false promises, came back here in good faith like many.. put forth so much to rebuild etc... new health conditions, put down for a certain one..”
