“Overall I'm pleased with my experience. Now that the staffing situation seems more stable they are able to provide better care. There have been several changes in prescribers over the years and it used to take forever to get a return phone call when leaving a message for the nurse, or requesting a prescription refill. That's in the past thankfully. Refills are typically submitted in less than two days.”
