“The doctor we work with here has been very kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with the office staff has been quite different. The office appears to be disorganized, and communication has been frustrating. We have had sensitive information misplaced, and when we asked for clarification, the response felt dismissive and rude rather than helpful from the office manager. Given the importance of handling patients’ personal information carefully, this was very concerning. I hope the office management addresses these issues, as the doctor deserves a support staff that reflects the same level of care and professionalism.”
“This review is for Sheila Honeycutt. I have been seeing her for about 8 years now for my ADHD and antidepressant medications. She has been incredibly helpful with everything from finding drug coupons (I'm on SSDI) to switching to a new talk therapist when I hit a stalemate with the first one I was seeing. I love seeing her and she also TALKS to me instead of just prescribing meds and shoving me out the door. I haven't had any problems with anyone else in the office either, but I only ever missed one appointment, 8 years ago (got the days mixed up). Every time I leave a message for a meds refill, it's sent over to my pharmacy within 1-2 days. I will say that getting anyone on the phone requires leaving a message for a callback, so the one time my insurance tried something funny, I just went down in person to chat with the front desk and they were awesome and got it fixed immediately. (I only live about 3 miles from the office, so this could be problematic for people living far away, but it's zero issue for me personally.)”
“No way to contact the office or your doctor. The Phone number leads you to a voicemail every time that says they check it throughout the day. It’s been days and I haven’t heard anything, and I’ve been without my prescriptions. Happens every time, every month. I am begging you guys to get a different phone system- or actually check it. Last time I had to drive half an hour to get to the office to let you know in person because the voicemail system was broken. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR PATIENTS”
“This office and the therapists and psys there are AMAZING! They truly do care about their patients and do everything they can do for the patients needs. I wouldn’t go to any other psy service and I live a pretty good distance and never have I had a problem with them canceling or waiting long for my appointment. The child therapist and psys are so amazing too! They have made a difference in my daughters and my life.”
