How likely are you to recommend East Point Health Center?
What patients say on Google
“Parking can be tight sometimes. Security is sitting up-front. Check in is usually a breeze. After that its quite a wait to be seen, with an appointment. Getting a follow-up appointment scheduled is also a breeze. Staff is very pleasant. Physicians are knowledgeable and helpful. I'd recommend.”
“This is a satellite location in East Point. I used to see a doctor here years ago but have since just used the main hospital. I have mostly used this location for pharmacy purposes. This location is strict with enforcing social distancing and covid restrictions. Upon entering the premises your temperature us taken. You are then asked at the door the reason for your visit. The pharmacy has a number system that runs pretty quickly. Most of the time there is one associate at the window, sometimes two. The associate that I see every time I visit is the nicest person. She has a pleasant demeanor and is very professional. Although I have had to wait for my medicine, I have never waited longer than maybe 25 minutes. It's pretty much in and out as far as I'm concerned. This location is extremely convenient and affordable. I love it.”
“This so called healthcare facility is trash🗑️you will waste your time and efforts to only receive very poor health care.these very unprofessional, clearly uneducated properly for "doctors"only care about their own time, efforts, schedule and the benefits of charging people for their poor health care with absolutely no considerations of their patients time, efforts, schedule and health etc.,at all.I strongly recommend anyone to find real much better health care elsewhere and be very mindful of all the medications you've being Perscribed based on their (most likely incorrect) "assumptions" with their so called diagnosis.there's definitely(no) accountabilities on this facilities behalf accordingly to their careless mistakes with their patients health care at alarming risks.if anyone continue to accept care from here I strongly recommend to keep your lawyers contact information and your documents handy for your lawsuits because you will eventually need them.the staffing at this facility gives the main Gradys Hospital, and Emory doctors very bad reputations.”
“This an amazing outpatient location, from prescription refills,to doctor appointments And great customer service, staff is awesome 👍🏻”
