“This is the worst mental health facility in the world. Theyve changed my therapist twice due to them quitting and the doctors and nurses never call you during your APPOINTMENT TIME. I was called during one of my final project presentations an hour before my appointment with the doctor. I called back letting them know that I physically could not answer the phone but I was ready now (at my appointment time). The nurse told me that the doctor left for the day and that I have to answer calls on his time and the next appointment wouldnt be for months. All while I have no medication. Not to mention that the therapist seems completely disinterested in anything I have to say and asks me in every appointment if I’m “still hearing voices” when I have never said I hear voices. Its patronizing and annoying. Find somewhere else.”

“This place is full of counselors who are not at all personal. Nobody here is on the same page. If you come here for depression or anxiety you will leave worse. Nurse Tracy tries her best but the disconnect between the counselors and her creates a dangerous situation. I have been canceled on and stood up so many times by the counselor assigned to me. And in order to continue receiving your medications the NP prescribes you have to speak to these flaky “counselors”. So here I am after not having meds for a month (very serious medications prescribed to them by me that cause things like suicidal ideation when stopped) being refused a clinic appointment until I see this counselor who is supposed to “call” for appointments. It’s an endless cycle of calling waiting for them to get on the same page, not receiving promised calls back, and confusion between staff.”

“I travel out of town and pay more to see a real therapist now. The atmosphere is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was misdiagnosed TWICE, and given medicine for something that wasn't even wrong with me. I left more suicidal than I was when I went in (thankfully I'm doing much better now). I know 4 other people who had similar experiences, and have stopped going to therapy there because of it. It is very obvious that the people running this place are more interested in making a dollar with vague and speedy diagnoses than actually taking the time to help the people who come to them.”

“I'm so disappointed with the services provided here. For the second time, I've been told that the physicians and nurses on staff have left for their lunch breaks during mine, and multiple other peoples appointments. Unfortunately I have to utilize my own personal vacation hours from work to go to these appointments. So when I arrive at 1:08 for an appointment at 1:15- I expect common courtesy from the receptionist (the only staff member apparently at work) to tell me that I will not be seen until an hour or more from the time I arrive. I could've re-scheduled and not of wasted my personal vacation hours to sit in a waiting room for more than 40 minutes past my appointment time before inquiring about being seen! When bringing this attention to the receptionist, I received a shrug and basically an "oh-well", sorry they had to go to lunch late. After telling the receptionist about this being the second time I've had this happen to me, she suggested that they try adn schedule me for a later hour in the day, INSINUATING this happens OFTEN. People come to this facility to be treated and to discuss mediciation. WHICH IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to at least show the common courtesy of, Oh I don't know, actually being in the office when their clients arrive? I repeat: THIS IS THE SECOND time this has happened to me. I'd love to be transferred to a different facility where I can hope to receive the most basic of care and respect. Thanks for wasting my time”
