What patients say on Google

“I had wèekly and biweekly sessions for grief with Natalie Pollard the past seven months. I found Ms. Pollard to be professional and very helpful in my recovery. She was a great listener and had very useful advice in aid to my life adjustment. Frankly, I feel the speed of my adjustment has much to do with Ms. Pollard's work. In addition, she has been supportive in my recovery. I give Ms. Pollard the highest possible evaluation and would definitely recommend her for anyone seeking therapeutic care.”

“My first psych went MIA on me from them bc she went on a “leave” came to find out there was some internal issues (believe SA) as a firm reached out to me by mistake instead of someone else Now - last doc skipped out on last appt without any notice or anything and I can’t get ahold of anyone for MONTHS. Esp when im running low on my ssri. Def switching companies Update: Talked to a new doctor at different company and I when I told her about my experience and how they prescribed me 2 SSRIs her jaw absolutely dropped and stated they should have never did that due to serotonin syndrome. Along with the excessive unaliving thoughts. So glad I found a doctor/company that actually cares :)”

“I unfortunately am having a pretty bad experience with this place.. specifically Dr Mya.. things went well at first, I had a different psychiatrist at first and then asked her to take me on as I felt like she was invested in my growth, but then she decided I needed a higher level of care.. that didn’t really feel great and the way she put it/her tone used made me feel like I was annoying or like she just didn’t want to deal with me anymore.. that’s fine, I accepted her professional opinion and sought treatment elsewhere. I was assured that during the transition I’d still be able to continue getting my meds refilled and if there were any issues she’d still see me … I’ve since reached out several times via the portal email system, I’ve called, I’ve left voicemails, I’ve tried to get in touch for several weeks to manage the doses of the medication she’s put me on to no avail.. I don’t normally write reviews but I think it’s important to call out people in the mental health field.. I really don’t think I was that difficult of a patient and when I was reminded of my goals I really appreciated it.. either way, passing me off doesn’t really matter at all it’s the fact that I’ve tried so hard to reach someone during my transition that made me feel kicked to the curb.. just putting it out there if you are or think you are “too sick” then maybe find another place to go to.”
