How likely are you to recommend Dupage County Health Dept Psychtr?
“Inefficient kids vaccine clinic. Providers are fine and kind but process is ridiculous as patient and taxpayer funding it. They require appts but don't go in order of appt or arrival. Report they are defrosting vaccine 40 minutes post appt time despite requiring advance registration and all specifics for vaccines needed. Asked for gauze for my son's gtube that started bleeding while sitting there waiting and was told to use paper towels they don't have any wasn't about to go to car and make the process even longer. What pharmacy does in 10 minutes with 1 max 2 people took an hour plus and no less than 4 staff and 2 registration lines. Making vaccine access harder serves no one.”
“I met an angel here today by the name of Anna. She was more than just helpful she was also healing. I've been given hope in a very dark time. I can not express how grateful I am, and how blessed I feel. It seems like the staff here has a good relationship with one another, and the atmosphere was pleasant all the way around. Its the people here who make it a five star experience. The work being done here has real meaning and they should all be proud of what they are doing. A very special thank you to Anna though you are an amazing woman 🩷”
“I gave them one star because of what I went through, which was a massive scale of stalking, harassment and gaslighting, but even doctors and therapists contributed to the gaslighting. It began with a police officer stalking me, but the harassment was everywhere. I experienced countless threats and harassment over the span of several years. I had to live with conditions that were inhumane and would be reasonably distressing to most people. Many people jumped on board with what they thought was fixing my broken parts, but no one had the right. Therapy is conducted privately with a medical provider. Most stalkers are considered dangerous. Didn't anyone have concerns with what was being done to me and how my family and I were forced to live? I was cowering under a blanket or towel in my own home to use the bathroom, because it wasn't private. I was forced to live in these conditions for close to two decades. My entire family was, except I was being gaslighted by my entire community. How could anyone think that was healthy? Didn't anyone oppose in the least bit? If they did, they didn't express it to me, because everyone went along with it. I felt the entire community was brainwashed into going along. My daughter compared it to witnessing her mother nailed to a wall, sliced open, and mutilated. Many people had to know what I was going through, and I don't understand how so many people considered it acceptable. My step-father committed suicide after I testified to domestic violence that was covered up because no one wanted to be responsible.”
“Nancy was very kind and helpful during my assessment. She made me feel comfortable and I was very nervous beforehand”
