What patients say on Google

“Assisting with a community service case at your office. We visited your location for an appointment related to filing a benefits application. Additionally, it was observed that the staff member spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult. It appeared that Spanish-speaking individuals were treated more favorably and processed more quickly, raising concerns about possible language-based bias in how services are provided. Unfortunately, the staff member we interacted with was unprofessional, asked numerous personal questions that did not appear relevant or legally required, and communicated in a rude and dismissive manner. I strongly believe that all community members, regardless of their background or language, deserve respectful and equal treatment. I recommend that staff undergo professional training on customer service, communication, and non-discriminatory practices to ensure fair and equitable service for everyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope steps will be taken to improve the quality and fairness of services at your office.”
