“Idk if there's any Dr.s that accepts any kind of insurance. When I last visited my Dr.(Partied w/ IPD,) I had to fork over $500 for 1st visit and $250 every monthly appointment. They have MAT program when I was seeing my Dr. So idk how much things have changed after COVID”

“This place is an absolute life saver. I got out of inpatient a month ago and was put on an antidepressant. I didn’t realize I didn’t have enough medication to last until the appointment I scheduled here. My doctor from inpatient wasn’t returning any of my calls regarding a refill. When I called to try to move my appointment up and explained the case they were able to send a request to one of the doctors and they were so amazing and sent the prescription to my pharmacy. This absolutely made my night i am so grateful!!”

“Staff and my personal doctor are great. However, for certain controlled substance medications, they have recently switched over to an automated electronic system to let your pharmacy know when to get a refill. It still stands to be GARBAGE. It has not worked correctly once. I get to look forward to not having the medication I need to function for 7-10 days every month without fail. The medication department extension has NEVER answered the phone (35+ calls over time). Best bet is to leave a voicemail and hope they send the order through in a week or two. They'll get you into your appointment, have you pay for that, but don't count on them finishing the job.”

“Some of the counselors here are very good. Marge (when she was there) and Valerio are wonderful. Some others, not so much. I had some nurse who had met me for literally 5 minutes, decide I either didn't need a medication my counselor recommended, or should be on a higher dose for long-term, and I literally had to tell her flat out, "NO. I'm not doing that. If you can't honor the request and plan that my counselor - who knows me, and who I've been seeing for months - have agreed to, then I will walk out of here right now and go see someone else who will get on board w/ what we're trying to do." Also, good luck getting an appointment. I am currently trying to set an appointment and have called twice, texted, AND messaged the website, all within the last 24 hours, and have yet to receive a SINGLE response. IDK what place takes upward of 24 hours to simply SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT!”
