“Update: I just used Dr. Dueno's new phone refill system, and I'm super impressed. The voice recognition was spot on. It's the best such system I've experienced. It's a reminder that the office keeps their tech current. The office is independent, not directly in a large hospital group, yet they keep up! Things like moving documents or insurance coverage can be a problem with some independent doctor's offices, but Midwest Clinical meets or exceeds large conglomerates. Prior review, all still true: Dr. Dueno is a wonderful doctor! I've been seeing him for about 8 years, after seeing many others. He never gave up on trying different meds and treatments for my med resistant problems, and he didn't just add and add more medications to those that weren't working. I understand that multiple meds and increasing dosages can be effective, but not always. He treats individuals instead of continuing to use the same few meds for everyone. Because he is also a neurologist, he is the only local doctor to offer TMS therapy, a magnetic treatment similar to ECT without the trauma.”
