What patients say on Google
“Ella Williamson is one of rhe most helpful mental health professionals I've encountered in Tuscaloosa. Not only is she caring and empathetic, she has been extremely flexible and understanding in working with busy schedules, especially on Saturday. She has been a godsend to our family and has dramatically improved our quality of life. I am so thankful to have found her.”
“I feel complete, safe and fulfilled once I leave my appointments. I NEVER feel rushed. Ella ALWAYS takes her time to listen and discuss how the medication is working. She checks to make sure there are no drug interactions and cross reference the medications with my gene sight results to ensure I’m taking a medication that works well with my genetics. Hands down the BEST psychiatrist I’ve experienced since 2021.”
“Mrs. Williamson is very passionate about her job. She's very attentive, loving, caring & a great observer. I appreciate the kindness & support the office shows my daughter & I. We will continue to visit her because without them I wouldn’t know how to take care of my daughter with her temporary illness. Thanks very everything Mrs. Williamson‼️”
“Ella Williamson is great, but they tried to make me pay $150 at an appointment (after I had already been seeing her for over a year) because the office manager and owner don’t understand how insurance works. They tried to tell me I had to meet my deductible for an office visit, which is incorrect, but they would not listen. I had to call my insurance to confirm what I already had been telling them. Deductibles usually only apply to major medical services. If you make an appointment here, please be knowledgeable about your insurance policy and know what your payment should be! It really makes me wonder if they’re purposefully trying to take money from people, or just don’t understand insurance. Either way, it’s sketchy and unprofessional. Ella did call me to apologize about the situation after I left, which I appreciated.”
