Throughout this time, they have consistently provided dependable, compassionate, and high-quality care. I also want to add that The staff at Dreams Provider Care Services go above and beyond basic responsibilities. They build strong, trusting relationships with the individuals they support. Their compassion, encouragement, and understanding have made a meaningful difference in my life. They are always willing to help, explain things clearly, and provide emotional support when needed.”
“I had to do an alcohol assessment for a DWI. They forgot to make me do the bubble sheet question with the never, once or twice, several times, or all the time bubbles..... Never heard anything back so I called Friday. They told me I could come in to get the paper I needed for court but I needed to fill out some stuff.... They handed me that bubble sheet when I walked in. But they already had the paper printed packed in an envelope when I got there before I ever did the sheet. They gave me 20 hours..... I told my mom before I went that's what they were going to do. They want that $400 and that's all it is. I didn't even drink like that. I got the dwi because a guy came over the line and side swiped me and ran me into the woods. He hoped out his car and ran and they found him a couple of days later. I did blow a 0.1 I'm not going to argue that part. But it was a special night out with friends. Not an all the time occurrence and I'm not an alcoholic.”
“I’m sorry but this place need to shut down. Or just Start fresh. I guess they feel because they accept medicad, they can do what they want. They expect you to give your personal information out with a Lobby full of people. They call you over and over asking the same questions. Their therapist are not reliable and seem like somebody ready to hear some drama. No tools to help NOTHING! I told them I do not want anymore services. The Psych Dr my first visit he upped My dosage and I started having eye twitching. So I’m good….. I choose to keep my current Psych Dr even though I have to pay for all my meds and visits out of pocket. I rather have quality professional service that takes me and my issues seriously! So IM SORRY THIS PLACE NEED BETTER HELP! ✌🏽”
“Dreams has helped me get sober I’ve been 10 months clean since I started back. The groups have helped me learn and grow”
