“Dr. Zimko did not treat my daughter safely. He did not listen to my daughter’s concerns and did not assess her condition properly or in a professional manner. Despite her constantly advocating for herself, he proceeded to give her higher doses of medication which made her worse. Dr. Zimko and his Nurse Practioners were incompetent, did not check her blood work accordingly and were negligent. My daughter had to ask for help from a MD who has more experience in psychiatric medications and treatment. Her current MD assessed the situation, and correctly treated her symptoms within weeks. The “care” she received from Bywater was below average. If you have a complex condition, seek assistance from a more reputable healthcare care provider.”
