“I would leave 0 stars if possible. Good luck getting a prescription refill called in correctly. They will call it in wrong to the wrong pharmacy numerous times. I've been fighting this for months. I never have a refill every 30 days. I always miss several days a month. Getting an answer through Klara can take up to a week. Good luck.”

“Horrible. I never received a call from the office to schedule an appointment after having a referral sent from my PCP. When I finally called Dr. Aina’s office, it turns out a phone visit was scheduled (without my knowledge) for today at 1:00pm. I was told I’d receive a call; never did. I attempted to contact the office to inquire about the scheduled appointment; no answer. My impression of the office so far is that they’re highly unprofessional and lack communication skills. Would not recommend.”
