Vijay, the insurance and intake person is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Nereida at the front desk is very helpful when scheduling, rescheduling, and providing return to school notes (even when I forget). And I love that the staff is consistent. It's been the same great people for years. I don't understand the bad reviews. Maybe they reviewed the wrong office? I've only had great experiences and have recommended Dr. Y to many of my mom friends.”
