What patients say on Google
“Dr. Kassem is an exceptional psychiatrist — highly knowledgeable and experienced. She provides high-quality care and gives her time generously, which truly stands out in a field where appointments often feel rushed.”
“Please do not seek therapy here. There are far better and more caring mental health care providing businesses in town that are not there to rip you off for every refill request they purposely do not fulfill on time and wait for you to beg for, for a fee. This is an a la cart business. The copay is just the beginning. It works well for them but no so much for the patient. How do they claim to treat mental health by aggrevating the patient with these fees? I just got charged $265 for the copay and fees that they did not charge me for the past 3 months! Who runs this place? They also treat you like an insurance id number. I have never been so disrespected by a medical professional. I am 41 so I have been to a practice or 2. I try to explain what I am suffering from but the answer I get is that my need is not reasonable. So I am feeling depressed on purpose? What the .... Go elsewhere!!”
“I've been emailing them for months and I have no idea if they intend to take me on as a patient or not. Their intake process makes it seem like they don't want to deal with new patients. I don't understand why they make it so difficult for people in need of mental health services to get the help they're seeking.”
“She was thorough, kind, and professional; finding every easy way to navigate otherwise difficult conversation”
