“Dr Oconell is absolutely fabulous, but every time I call and the receptionist picks up, she’s very quick to get off the phone and rude. I just tried explaining to her how I thought I had a 12 o’clock phone call scheduled with him , after she just called me Friday to confirm it. Then she says she doesn’t have any time slots saying that and Dr O’Connell is currently out the office that he’s give me a call this afternoon, in order for her to STOP TALKING OVER ME, I had to raise my voice and tell her how I’d be unavailable due to work and that she would have to get me rescheduled , she then continued to say that if he doesn’t call me this afternoon then she can get me rescheduled 🤦‍♀️”
