“I was a patient of Dr Kaurs for 6years!! She was great and always was there BUT she decided to cut me off COLD TURKEY bc im on methadone but she knew I was on methadone and prescribed me 3 different medications!! My life was going good but now, my life has fallen into such a PIT!! I have been in and out the ER due to withdrawal!! Its benzodiazepine withdrawl!! She prescribed me my benzo, and 2 other medications... When I moved to NC back in 2019 I was looking for a Dr and came across her and she began treatment right then! Now she decided to CUT me off COLD TURKEY bc I was on methadone.??. Her excuse was the state was coming down on her... All my drug test were GREAT,.. I really dont know what to say... I have even tried reaching out to her since I have been in withdrawal and she said she cant precibe or recommend me anything bc I aint one of her patients!!! I was just a patient back in February!! That was my last prescription! Yes, im upset and dont understand why she would do anyone like this.. Its dangerous and not good practice at all! Like I said, just decided to up and cut me off bc of my METHADONE!! Its bullcrap... its not fair... SHE KNEW i was on methadone when she took me in as a patient.. I just hope she doesn't do anyone else like this bc I feel for anyone going through this mess!! -Sincerely Ashlan Dagnan”
