“Dr Garcia. Great. Staff, totally incompetent. Made up a no show charge because they don’t know how to return calls. Impossible to see a provider without paying prior, so how was I not charged a no show on my last visit? But yet when I come in today, they magically came up with a no show fee for two visits ago. The answer from the front ask woman was “I don’t know”. Well, enjoy the money and the robbery. Now I completely understand the reviews. They had zero problem losing a patient. Zero.”

“I’ve been treated by Dr Garcia and team for more than a decade. He and his staff have always been courteous and respectful. I feel listened to and my questions and concerns are always addressed. I’ve seen a couple posts here indicating issues with wait times. I can honestly say that in my 10+ years I’ve run into this maybe 2-3 times and it has never been more than 30 minutes. Appointments have always been on-time. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Just got rushed off of the phone while making my appointment, I was asking for dates and time that they had availability and apparently I was taking “too long”. The woman on the phone then said that I needed to hurry up because she had a lot of other incoming calls. Maybe if you answered the phone when people called you wouldn’t have so many people to call back. I’ve been going here for 5+ years and the customer service is absolutely embarrassing and disgusting. Cannot wait to get my meds refilled so that I can switch to a different psychiatrist.”

“Constantly “running behind” Long wait times around 30+ minutes I’ve waited up to an hour before Slow incompetent staff, will discuss the amount you owe for the whole wait lobby to hear, $50 late cancelation fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance Will not answer emails for appointment scheduling- waited a month and my dad ended up going in for his own appointment and scheduling mine while he was there 4/5 times you will not see Garcia. If you do it will be a quick 2 minutes if that I don’t know why I still come here lol”
