What patients say on Google

“This operation is as deserving of 5 stars as one can possibly be. Dr. Reshmi Saranga is the most caring, compassionate individual you will likely ever meet, as she seems to genuinely care for your well-being on every level- regardless of where you are with your struggles. The new office is beautiful, and the secretary welcomes you with a smile! I'm not sure where I would be without Dr. Saranga. I couldn't recommend this practice any more highly.”

“I was able to make a smooth transition from my previous doctor out of state a few years ago. Dr. Reshmi Saranga has been very understanding and extremely helpful and professional. Nicole in the front office is friendly, compassionate and easy to contact. They have been accommodating with scheduling/rescheduling appointments and never had me wait more than a few minutes. The office is always clean and parking is right out front. I highly recommend Saranga Psychiatry.”

“So I receive treatment at the Raleigh II Clinic for both service and non-service connected conditions. Dr. Saranga is filling in for my treating psychiatrist who is outstanding. I called the ARNP to ask for a script for a medication to treat one of these conditions. The nurse, who is also wonderful, indicated that the fill in Dr. Saranga would not prescribe the medication. No call from Dr. Saranga as previous VA doctors have done. No inquiry as to my condition from her at all. I assume she simply could have reviewed my chart to see that I am treated for the condition the medication helps. I guess she is paid good by the Administration for standing in for a real VA doctor, but because I was not paying, it was not necessary to take the time to find out about my condition. All of you that rated this physician more than 1 star must have a better method of compensating her than a common vet like me. I will give her one star because at least she didn't ignore me completely.”

“Dr. Saranga is amazing! Her calm and caring demeanor are unmatched! She really listens and explains any medications and exactly how they benefit and/or don’t benefit you. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgable psychiatrist, I work in healthcare as a RN and she doesn’t assume that I know anything and still explains every aspect of her treatment plan.. I personally will be her patient for as long as possible 😁”
