“Love Dr. Shah, do NOT care for the office staff and their scheduling processes if you are self pay. Some tell you they refuse to put you on the schedule until you pay, even if it's weeks out, others tell you that's not the policy.”

“If you're seeking a caring, compassionate, professional doctor, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Shah. He's not only a nice man, but he listens to what you have to say & takes that into consideration when moving forward on a plan of action for your well being. I've read negative reviews about the office staff & wait times. Perhaps the complaining individuals were nasty with some of the staff because I've always been treated with respect, kindness & greeted with smiles! Only once have I had to wait more than an hour & I'm partly to blame for that because I was running late that day. Bottom line: A big 2 thumbs up for Dr Shah & staff!”

“I believe Dr Shah over books appointments and then makes you wait for him Today was the last straw!! I waited an hour and a half past my appointment This happens every appointment! I did not pick up the phone because I was so pissed Do not waste your time!!”

“I absolutely love Dr. Shah, I've been seeing him for several years, off and on. His office staff, however, leave A LOT to be desired. Putting people and pharmacy's on hold, only to purposely drop the call. Not returning vm messages, or returning them 3 weeks later, on the very day I had my first appointment back with Dr. Shah?! Really?? This last time I began seeing him, his office staff were totally incompetent. It took me THREE weeks to get a person on the phone to make an appointment!! This even after I left 2 separate VM messages stating I was in desperate need to see the Dr., and I was basically on the verge of losing it! That is absolutely unacceptable!”
