“I was hoping of switching my psychiatrist doc over to this one, but chose not to after waiting for 2 hours (with 3 diff patients coming in after and being seen before I was). I was given a “Sorry, don’t know what happened” excuse. The building gives off a creepy vibe. You would hope that a “Holistic” clinic would offer a nicer environment with positive vibes.”

“DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!! If I could give them zero I would. Several things happened BEFORE I ever even stepped into the office 1. Upon scheduling my appointment they changed it not just once but three times 2. After a massive rain storm they closed the office due to "flooding" but failed to notify patients Upon arrival for said appointment there were ar least ten patients waiting in the parking lot. 3. Never received a callback to reschedule after they cancelled and failed to notify 4. Upon scheduling a new appointment they then called me to reschedule again Then when I finally do get to the appointment the staff was unprofessional and made patients walk around with urine samples and the wait time to be seen was terrible. The equipment was out of date and they had to retake vitals several times and still didn't get a correct reading. Finally, I see the doctor and I spend at MOST five minutes with the guy. He asks me why I'm there what was my diagnosis and why I felt I needed said medication. After explaining everything to him he then tells me (with my kids in the room) " I think that after you leave my office you need to go to CPS and drop your kids off and LEAVE THEM THERE!" Do NOT GO SEE THEM!!!!!”

“Absolutely the worst place I’ve gone to for any kind of professional care. They have terrible staff that has zero communication, they do not answer phone calls, and they close whenever they want. I asked for a test and they lost my sample for a while and then gave me a wrong negative. I asked the doctor to please give me safe medication during breastfeeding and he didn’t even research the medication, and prescribed me something unsafe for my child who was 8 months. He also gave me “advice” to stop breastfeeding him because he was too old (he’s not a pediatrician and this is terrible/untrue information). I then had to research MY OWN medication because he suggested so many that were not at all safe for me or my child. I also requested a reference for therapy and he just said “oh I can be your therapist too”, and of course then I’d expect to receive therapy but instead I just come in and he prescribes me my refills and then sends me out. I will be reporting them to the Medical Board because it’s absolutely the worst place I’ve been to, and they should be sued. Even one of their employees said they probably won’t answer the phone calls and to come in person, they told me not to tell anyone they said that.”

“PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE OR EVEN YOURSELF! NEGATIVE! I called a day before to confirm appt. They didn’t even have my son on the schedule, mind me.. I had a referral. My experience, well my husbands and my sons experience was one that was just horrible. Instead of helping my son, he was told that he had the devil and he was discriminated because of a shirt that he was wearing. We go looking for help for my son, he’s shy so it’s gonna take a while to get him talking, especially if he feels the tension in the room. After a little while in session with Dr. Sreenivas, my husband told my son to get up and they left. Surely I called the office as to why they had left, even though I already had spoken to my husband but I wanted to hear what they had to say. Well, they pretty much blamed my son that he wouldn’t say anything. My husband was furious and I was so hurt to hear what my son had to say and how it made him feel. This was just an awful experience, uncalled for just very unprofessional! I don’t understand who would want to work for this man. You want to do good and help the patients.”
