“Dr Amir is understanding, he listens & wants to help and compassionate and funny. Val is also very friendly and understanding. I did although speak to someone via phone the other day that wasn't Val, who was rude and not considerate regarding a balance of $83.65 and said Dr Amir won't see me unless this is paid in full. Times are very difficult right now and I wanted to make at least a $50 payment but she was so rude and figured I will call back and talk to Val. If this is how they operate this makes it very difficult for those who can barely afford housing, food etc.”
