“dr levy is a terrible person. getting to get him to refill a prescription, something that is extremely easy to do, is a next to impossible task. his call center doesn't seem to exist anymore but when it did it was a nightmare. sourced out in taiwan i think he said. but now its just highland medical specialists and good luck getting any answer there. after running out of 5 different meds in the span of like three months, i scheduled an appointment to talk to him about it and i got his cell number. did not make anything better. i would have to text him about 10 times, he never responded. it was only when i started calling him, to which he also never answered and his mail box was full that he would say he'd put the refill in. he is a negligent doctor and does not care about the well being of his patients whatsoever. please please go to someone else.”

“I actually enjoyed working with Claudia Okyere, but then there was no prescription refill and I have called for days not been able to get through to anyone. The phone almost seems disconnected. Extremely concerning.”

“Good luck getting Dr. Levy to refill scripts in a timely fashion. Days and weeks pass, and despite repeated calls to his office from the patient and from the pharmacy, the scripts do not get refilled. Then the patient goes without medication which Dr. Levy prescribed. I cannot believe that a reviewer has the gall to say that negative reviews are from competitors. Calling Dr. Levy every month and waiting up to two weeks for a script refill has become a ritual which completely disrupts patients' lives. Dr. Levy's behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful toward patients.”
