“I have had an incredibly positive experience with Dr Memunatu Bangura. She is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and deeply understanding. Her practical approach and effective tools have helped me navigate challenging times with confidence. She is an amazing Dr who genuinely cares about her patients' progress.She is incredibly compassionate, patient,and professional, she created a safe and comfortable environment where I felt genuinely heard and understood without judgement, I am deeply grateful for her support and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking an outstanding psychiatrist.”

“I did not receive the help I needed. I ask for animal emotional support documentation for my leasing office and she said ask previous doctor. I informed her I was having childhood sexual assault trauma and abuse reactions and needed help from a therapist that specializes in child hood abuse and and trauma and she told me to Google one which I informed her i had without any success. She did not try to help. Lastly, for my last appointment scheduled with her, her assistant called me the day before and left a message reminding me of my 9AM appointment. She calls the following day at 830AM. I inform her it's not a good time because I am driving my daughter to school. She responds "thank you for helping your daughter and I will call you back. She calls back at 1030 or later abd sends telehealth link. I am at another appointment by this time. So she proceeds to send telehealth or zoom links throughout the day stating she will be on vacation in 2 weeks. I never received a professional email or message rescheduling. Then when she returns from vacation, I get a letter stating I am non compliant with a list of referrals. Who protects and defends the patients when the doctors are non-compliance, disrespectful of your boundaries and just plain insensitive and unkind. Run! Don't go here if you want help. If you just want someone to write a prescription without any compassion care kindness. Then this is your place. So sorry I wasted my money and time. They should have stricter requirements. They let anybody with any kind of attitude in such an important position. She is not a good doctor if you have trauma.”

“Dr. Bangura is a very nice Dr. that I appreciate. She explains everything not only about the meds she has given to me. She also goes further explaining why and what the meds are doing to my body. Dr. Bangura is a very concerned Dr. She is very knowledgeable and is well rounded about all the meds that I take. Anything I ask her she knows what I’m talking about and has the answers She doesn’t have to look it up in a book. And if you look it up and compare what she tells you to what’s on google it’s always the same. She listens she is patient and careful. If someone ask me to recommend a good psychiatrist I will always recommend Dr. Bangura. I appreciate her.”
