“I have been seeing Dr Melissa Gross for quite some time now, well over a year. I have seen her in the office in Northern Suffolk but I usually see her in a telehealth appt. She is compassionate, efficient, and listens. She manages my medication and has been receptive to my concerns. Long story short, I very muck like Dr Gross, will continue to see her, and can highly recommend her to others.”

“I am choosing to make this review anonymous because this doctor seems unstable and I fear retaliation. She interrupts mid sentence every other time I tried to speak, and this was mostly to call me an addict for smoking marijuana (I have a medical card, and only smoke before bed). This was a very triggering experience as I spent my life around actual drug addicts, she seems very disconnected to younger generations and honestly just generally tapped out. If you want to make real progress, I would suggest seeing a more competent and personable doctor.”
