“Years ago, we used Dr. Crouch for my stepson without any issues. So, when my biological child started showing similar symptoms, I was eager to see Dr. Crouch again. However, I now regret that decision. After the initial call, we were told there was a wait time of around 10-12 months, which I didn’t have a problem with although it was inconvenient. I can't recall exactly when they called, but it was during a chaotic time after losing my husband to cancer . I had to reschedule the appointment a few different times due to life’s unpredictability. Scheduling appointments so far in advance is difficult when you’re barely able to plan for tomorrow, let alone months down the road. When we finally secured a date I could attend, they canceled on me because I had phone issues the week before and didn’t receive their message requiring prepayment & confirmation. That was a huge blow, and they refused to reschedule for another 45 days, despite my daughter needing help sooner with the new school year bringing on additional challenges. I pleaded for a sooner appointment and even had our pediatrician call on our behalf, but they showed no care or understanding about the situation or the importance of that appointment. Their lack of grace & compassion during a difficult time was disappointing. It’s not typical for me to reschedule or miss confirming appointments, but they offered no flexibility or understanding. Thankfully, I’ve since found more understanding clinics in Benton County where my daughter was seen quickly, tested and put on a medication regimen. I wish I had known a year ago that there were other reputable options besides Dr. Crouch to test for adhd. To top it off, I was quoted over $1,000 for ADHD testing, but I found another clinic that did it for under $200. So in the end, I suppose they did me a favor. Do your research – there are other options in NWA.”
