“This doctor does not care about your lived experience. You are just a number on a chart, and he will always trust the data over your self-reported symptoms. I told him I feel worse when using the CPAP, but he insisted I keep using it anyway. I wasn’t “compliant enough,” even though I explained that the machine makes my symptoms worse and interferes with my sleep. He refused to clear me for work because I didn’t use the CPAP enough—even though I feel better without it and am less of a safety risk. It feels like the priority is keeping me on the CPAP so he can bill for refills, supplies, and frequent office visits. I’m now at risk of losing my job—not because I refused care, but because this provider refuses to treat the person in front of him. If you’re looking for someone who respects patient input and balances data with experience, look elsewhere.”

“This Doctor is not at all concerned with your health, only cares about ways to try to make more money off of you. Did not listen to the problems I am having and concerns that I had. more or less has pre-determined treatment process that will require many trips all with new co-pay charges even though many of these could easily be done in one trip. Do not recommend this group!!!”

“Waited an hr and a half for an appointment, 3 months to get a referral from them to my optometrist, and more than a month just for a refill. They consistently got my information wrong. All he did was try to throw more meds at me instead of helping me find what is going on. Total waste of time and money!”
