“I have struggled with mental illness (OCD, depression, anxiety, etc.) for well over 30 years now. I also hadn’t slept through the night for most of 2022 until I met Dr. Kawish Garg. I first met Dr. Garg two years ago after I had been to multiple psychiatrists who I just couldn’t get comfortable with. I always felt like I wasn’t heard and just prescribed a ton of medication. Around this time I was admitted to the Holy Spirit behavioral health inpatient for a 30-day stay. The lack of sleep coupled with mental health issues led me to a very dark place in my mind and I was scared and confused. Dr. Garg actually came to visit me in the hospital! He encouraged me and said he would continue to help me when I got out. I’ve never in all my years known of a psychiatrist that cares for his patients like this. Furthermore, he worked with me for nearly a year until my sleep issues and OCD were under control. I now sleep through the entire night and have minimal OCD symptoms. I cannot say enough about Dr. Garg. He looks you in the eye, he listens, he’s compassionate and above all he’s very intelligent. I tell everyone I can about Dr. Garg. Make an appointment and see for yourself.”
