“If you are into sewing and fabrics then this place is for you! FABRICATION of stories and forced medicine and plenty of lies here at this place. I would recommend Dublin Springs in Columbus Ohio. Although it isn’t a perfect place it is light years ahead of Springfield and their best asset at Dublin is a Nurse Practitioner named Greg. He will work with you and listen to your story without making assumptions as they do here in this facility. This is serious business as these medications if given with a wrong diagnosis WILL only worsen matters and create more problems. Get a second opinion for bipolar atypical medicines as these medicines WILL or CAN make you suicidal in only 10-15 minutes EVEN IN SMALL DOSAGES! This place needs a serious overhaul and there is work in progress starting a strategy to expose the treatment of patients here and bring actual ethical, moral and professional/friendly care to Springfield. I support Springfield and Springfield business fully but I can not support what is happening here. The woman who said above that she would give zero stars above knows what she is talking about. I would go with the .1 % instead. I have only heard of a few patients , maybe 2 out of hundreds , if not a few thousand patients who have been satisfied. The biggest complaint I hear is treatment by the doctors and bad medicine. Take heed!”

“I’ve been going here for awhile now and this place is a joke. The nurse I see before I see my doctor is so rude and unprofessional. I’ve been through every counselor in the building and every single one is an absolute joke. The doctors seem like they have no idea what they’re doing, the counselors need counseling themselves and the nurse is someone I’d love to knock out if I saw her on the street. I wish I could put 0 stars because this place seriously needs to be shut down.”

“The counselor I seen was very helpful. However the actual psychiatrist only spends less then 10 minutes telling me the same thing and does not listen or hears what I have to say or how I feel.”
