“Dr. Kelley McChester is truly AMAZING!!! I've been meeting with him since 4-30-24. When I first started, my level of depression was at 12!!! I had no self esteem, no sense of self, going through so many issues. As of today, my depression level is ZERO!!! The talks we had, I feel so comfortable opening up to Dr. Kelley. He is so real and down to earth. He tells you the real whether you want to hear it or not, but very caring, thoughtful, and understanding to your needs. I still have a long road to recovery, but now I'm actually leaving the house, where I was too depressed to be outside or around anyone else. I'm making moves, working out, and just doing things I've never even imagined. I thought my life was over. I thought it was too late for me at my age to do anything or accomplish anything. Well I am here to tell you, I am 55 years old, I feel 35 and I am looking and feeling better than ever. I'm finally taking steps on my own to be in a better position, mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially. I'm also getting the courage to go back to work in the office and be around people again. I do belong!!! I am somebody!!! Somebody loves me! God loves me! Thank you Dr. Kelley!”

“Dr Julie is a great doctor, unfortunately there are times you get rescheduled with other doctors to take her place because of health issues and I am not finding seeing others who know nothing about my case giving me effective treatment. I switched practices based on an excellent review of Dr Sher, which I would agree but I haven’t been able to talk to her consistently and it’s making my frustrations of creating that relationship difficult for me to understand. The phone is rarely answered, messages not returned and medications that are supposed to be refilled are not always complete and prescribe medications I can’t afford and the stand ins are not helpful in helping me seek the best direction that was my reason for changing practices. Hope things change soon with my need for help from the practice moving forward.”

“dr Sher is truly a very outstanding psychiatrist and knows her stuff. My first Zoom meeting with her was outstanding and she listened to me instead of cutting me off like my previous one who would abruptly cut me off that this session is not about your discussions only medication management. She takes time with you, asks all the right questions and after my first medication meeting I started to feel a lot better cutting back on doses of meds, I was being thrown higher and higher doses previously to try and help me with my situation, more is not always best so I THANK DR JUKIE FOR HER GUIDANCE RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. I look forward to continuing seeing her and just signed up for therapy starting in March. I like to discuss why I’m in my situation and give the doctor more specific details on why I am feeling the way I do ❣️ Linda C”

“I've been using Psychiatric services for almost 20 years. This is the most efficient and friendly office staff I've found. They are extremely accommodating in every way. If you can't coordinate schedules with your choice of Doctors soon enough, they are willing to switch you to a different provider of your choice. They have no problem if you switch again if it is not a good fit. Excellent psychologists/therapists. Excellent for testing and evaluation as well.”
