“Dr Carlos is a badass. She knows all about Medicines, listens to my needs, asks for my input, has an open-mind, is understanding. She is not over-bearing at all. She does not require you to go to talk therapy for your mental illness. After all, they wouldn’t usually send someone with a physical illness to a psychologist every week just to discuss their illness. No, they would give that patient treatment with medication. I think that’s the best thing about Dr Carlos. She treats me like a person who has a chronic illness that can be treated with the right medication. I appreciate her being my doctor.”

“I liked Dr. Carlos until she completely fell off the face of the earth with 0 communication around three weeks ago. Suddenly no one returned any type of communication leaving me with no medication refills which obviously was a serious issue. It's now been weeks and no one from their office ever reached out to me to tell me what's going on. Absolutely nuts. I can only imagine how many people this really reallllly caused life threatening issues for. I'm completely baffled this would happen period let alone with a psychiatrist.”
