How likely are you to recommend Dr. Hannah Morrissey?
“I had two children who had been coming to see Dr Morissey for two years. She cancelled the last two appointments with my children due to sickness which were rescheduled and then she refused to provide medication to my child without him being seen first BUT she had no available appointments and expected him to go without medication for 4 weeks until his scheduled appointment. There is no excuse for withholding meds from a child that needs it and then not providing a way to be seen. VERY POOR PRACTICE!!! Office staff is very unprofessional. I called 3 times over the course of a week attempting to get a refill for my child’s medication but no one returned my phone call even though they said they would follow up with me. I am pulling both of my children from this office immediately!”
“If I could leave a negative 10 stars I would and i definately cannot recommend to anyone to go here. My daughter and I had an appointment with a psychiatrist from this facility and it was rather eye opening to say the least. I have to say the psychiatrist that my daughter was seeing is incompetent, unprofessional and disrespectful. I would add context and backstory to my daughter's lived experience and the psychiatrist was dismissive and disrespectful towards me as a father trying to help my daughter. I have had my heart and wallet open from day one to help my daughter and I was treated terribly for no reason. If the psychatrist doesn't like patients going to A Balanced Life for holistic help through medication and supplements then she needs to keep that opinion to herself. I was trying a two pronged approach with my daughter and that was holistic and medical treatment. Its crystal clear that the psychiatrist my daughter was seeing does not have her best interest at heart. Instead, she wanted to debate and argue about A Balanced Life and stated that medical science does not back their claims. Unreal to say the least, since I have a lived experience from going to A Balanced Life over the last 2-3 years and my physical and mental health has improved. My thyroid was off and inactive causing me all kinds of difficulty. Since taking Levothyroxine for my inactive thyroid my mental health has improved. Clearly, the good doctor with all her accolades and diplomas would know i will do anything and everything to help my daughter. Its unfortunate that she couldn't get passed her ego and apologize like i asked her to do. Still no apology....”
