“The staff is fine but billing has been a NIGHTMARE. I had originally booked an appointment and stated that I was not able to commit to every-other week because of my work/ school schedule. They said that was fine but booked me for every other week anyways without my knowledge. I missed an appointment and made a note to reschedule on a later date. Next thing I know I am being charged another $180 for a "missed appointment" that I didn't ever make. It turns out they had automatically enrolled me in every other week appointments. I told them to cancel all future appointments that they had made and to take my card off file. Next thing I know I am getting another voicemail saying they are trying to charge me for ANOTHER appointment that they I had "missed." This place is a scam.”
