“My mother owed a $220 balance for “missed appointment fees”. Because of this small balance they refuse to renew any prescriptions or make any appointment. These appointments were missed, my mom is a nurse, because she was caring for patients in the OR. They claim to want to help their patients but only care about money. How pathetic and cruel. My mother has been a patient for over 10 years and for them to refuse a prescription over a petty balance is disgusting. If you want to go to a place that will see you for less than 10 mins go there. If you want to be just another appointment go there because they only care about the money in their pockets. Shame on you and your office! I spoke with them for a resolution, and they are more focused on money. Selfish practice. Highly do not recommend”
