“It's been over a year since I First visited Dr. psychiatric Care Fatima Hadi's Clinic in Saint Charles, Illinois, and found Dr. Fatima a very matriculated, well organized and deep to earth knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Fatima is very professional, self oriented and extremely responsive and caring person. She's just awesome and she is very kind person. We need such caring Drs. in medical field. Thank you Dr. Fatima for providing such great services!!”

“Dr. Hadi does not care about her patients. Her only concern is about the insurance benefits the patient carries. Dr.Hadi never returns calls regarding your wellness. The office staff are poorly trained, and when patients leave messages they never get back to you. Dr. Hadi herself will pass you on to another colleague without any knowledge of your situation once. She's frustrated and finally, they abandon you without care or other resources. What is happening to the healthcare system? Bad service from the entire clinic I don't recommend the clinic or the Doctors.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Doctor Hadi will take away your all of your medications if you don't conform to her ideology, which is illegal BTW. And if you tell her what she's doing is illegal she will just pass you off to a different doctor in the practice. She doesn't charge for her appointments until they rack up to a crazy amount and then charges you without consent. She has zero compassion for her patients, forgets what was even discussed at a prior appointment and contradicts what was said previously. Her staff is incompetent and rude. They never answer the phone and if you have an issue at the pharmacy they won't call you for a week after leaving messages after messages leaving you with no medication. Then blaming you for the problem. Even after she's no longer your doctor she will still make decisions for your new doctor about your treatment.”

“Fatima Hadi herself is a nice person and a kind lady. She does not care about her patients as much as expected. Her staff is rude, lazy and half of the time does not even pick up the phone during office hours. I will call as early as a week in advance to get a prescription and they will never have it ready for multiple days after my pills have run out. She seems to be out of town every few weeks. Not professional, very disheartened with my experiences at this facility and after a year of coming to her I will have to say I will not be back.”
