What patients say on Google

“Would give 0 stars of i could. Sat in a conference size room on a couch while the dr and a woman (who may of been a nurse , im not sure? ) sit 8 feet away from you at a desk. Recommended sleeping better and exercise and made me feel stupid. Horrible. Left mid appointment. Please read the reviews and if you have to pay out of pocket to go somewhere better do it.”

“1. He does not close his office door for appointments, everyone in the lobby can hear you. HIPAA violation incoming 2. Do not tell this man about anything relating to your own abuse when you were a kid, he will frame it as if you deserved it. 3. He openly dictates everything to his computer but instead of it being an accurate description, it’s a minimization of what you had said, skewed with his own biases 4. If you do not want to take more medications IMMEDIATELY ON INTAKE he will get petulant and demand you leave his office. Within 30 minutes of “knowing” me he was trying to add new prescriptions. 5. He WILL admonish you for the financial situation you are in, if you’re a young adult still living at home while working blue collar jobs he will admonish you to your face and to his computer. This practice is not for the safety of care of you as a patient. This a practice purely for his ego. Edit 2/27/26 Just when I thought this place could not get any worse they actually managed to have a HIPAA violation just a month after I wrote this review. At 12:26 pm on 2/26/26 I received sensitive medical information about a completely different person. Same first name, different last names, different birthdays. Direct to my email. Once again do not go here, the level of negligence with highly confidential information is so catastrophic I can only imagine how much has been mishandled. I’m sure the Board would also like to know.”

“If he wasn't the only psychiatrist in the area that accepts Medicaid and new patients he wouldn't be here. It's either this or Catawba Mental Health. There's a reason you don't have to wait for your appointment time. He doesn't have enough patients to crowd his schedule. His schedule allowed him to work at a Suboxone clinic in Lancaster. Can't be too busy. Recent reviews describe my experience with Dwvidi over 20 years ago. That's sad! People are still be laughed at during their most vulnerable times while begging for help.”

“I took my daughter here today for behavioral health support. I truly can't believe Dwivedi Tarunendu is a licensed doctor. I had to bring my 3 year old to the appointment as well due to her having a doctor's appointment earlier that day. During the appointment, he was bothered by my 3 year old who - in her toddler stage - turned the volume up on the electronic device she was using. Dwivedi Tarunendu literally kept telling me that I need to put the device on mute. He also told me that I only need to talk when he asks questions. He was doing an audio transcription to help with his visit note so that he can get paid for doing nothing. He did not address any of the concerns I had for my daughter's behavior. HE WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL in his response when I said that my daughter is nonverbal. He said, "she doesn't say any words at all?" Without even looking at my daughter, he said that she just needs to go to an Autism clinic. This was a wasted visit. Let's not forget that he conducted this appointment with the door open, no privacy at all or regard for HIPPA. I do not recommend this office for my worst enemy.”
