“I was a patient of Dr Collins from approximately age 15 to about age 22. I am currently 25 years old and her negligence still affects me to this day as I deal with side effects of medications I never should have even been on. As someone who was a patient as both a minor and an adult, please do not bring your children here they will not be listened to. Every question is directed at the parent and the child is spoken of as if they’re not sitting right next to the parent on that couch. Also, the receptionist, Debbie, likes to put in her two cents on a patients medication‘s, which is a HIPPA violation if I’m not mistaken. Please protect your mental health and find literally ANY OTHER PROVIDER!”

“I’m a former patient of Dr. Collins and initially had a very positive experience with her care. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the office has been extremely disappointing and concerning. After moving to Austin, I tried to schedule a virtual appointment last year but was told they only offered in-person visits. I booked one for when I’d be in town, but later needed to cancel. I called multiple times, left messages, and never received a response. At no point was I ever told about a cancellation fee, and there’s no mention of one in any of the appointment emails I still have. Over a year later, I suddenly received a letter showing a $350 charge for that missed appointment. I was never notified of this bill until now, a whole year later. Despite calling four times and leaving a voicemail asking for someone to contact me, no one ever responded. The lack of communication and surprise billing feels both unprofessional and unethical. I genuinely liked Dr. Collins, but this experience has completely changed my view of the practice. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they treat and communicate with patients.”
