“I had TMS Therapy Monday-Friday and the following Monday-Wednesday. About an hour after last TMS on that Wednesday TMS I had a severe migraine. My migraines have continued for month and still having them. I had to go to my MD and get migraine medicine. I called Dr. Crampacker’s office to leave 4-5 messages for Dr. Crampacker to call back. I left another message to Brandon to asked him to have Dr. Crampacker to call. Never heard back! Brandon called me so I gave it to my husband, Pete. Pete asked Brandon to have Dr. Crampacker to call him so Pete could explain the repercussions from TMS I was having. It’s been over a month. Never heard back. Never heard from Dr. Crampacker!!!! I felt I was ignored and not heard at all.”

“I used Dr Crumpacker for years, so long in fact that he would text me for advice on personal matters. But yet I keep receiving a bill from Salience but yet the DR doesn’t have to pay me for my advice on his girlfriend, x wife or sister issues. I would recommend finding a Dr that doesn’t text you or cross dress on his days off. Unless you like those things.”

“I’ve had a real good experience all in the past. And hope to have a good future experience. Today I couldn’t get on that they could hear me or me hear them on my phone. Sorry to cause all this problem. I have to reschedule to December. Very disappointed. I felt I was talked down to just because I’m old. Maybe it was not meant I hope so.”

“Dr. Crumpacker saw my mom for dementia medication management and treatment for several years. He was always kind to her and spoke so respectfully to her, the way I think he probably speaks to his own loved ones. She passed in 2022. I would highly recommend Dr. Crumpacker.
