How likely are you to recommend Dr. Charles A. Buscema?
“I've been going to Dr. Buschema for about 4 years now and Dr. B has always been wonderful to have as a Dr... non judgemental, calm temperament, and a pleasure to talk to. And a shout out to Melody because she is a great fit there. Geat communication skills and also a pleasure to see and talk to every month. The practice has improved quite a bit and I imagine its because of her ability to multi-task and work with patients if need be. (I have 2 family members who also go there and that should say a lot in reference to how we feel about Dr. B and staff 😊”
“I have been seeing my psychiatrist on and off since 2016, and he is, quite literally, the best I have ever found. After surviving complex traumas—including the loss of my daughter in 2021—I’ve experienced many doctors with 'God complexes' who treated me poorly. This practice is the complete opposite. One of the best things he ever did was hire his assistant, Melody. In the past, I’ve dealt with assistants who weren't as kind or helpful, but Melody is absolutely fantastic. Together, they are a dream team. He is deeply empathetic and never rushes me out the door; he actually sits and talks with me, truly listening to everything I’m going through. Recently, I was diagnosed with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. While I’m currently seeing a rheumatologist to narrow down the specifics, my psychiatrist took the time to look over my blood work himself and asked to be kept updated because he genuinely cares about my overall health. Additionally, as someone in long-term recovery since November 4th, 2008, I find this office to be a safe, non-judgmental space. He respects my journey and my history. If you are looking for a doctor who treats you with dignity and sees the human being behind the diagnosis, I cannot recommend him and Melody enough.”
“Melody!! I’m so grateful for you. I love the communication that you provide. Dr Buscema hired you was one of the best things he could’ve done. He is a wonderful doctor that I would recommend to anybody that may be struggling through depression, anxiety, addiction. Dr Buscema is a man who cares about his patient . Melody, thank you for caring and loving your job as well. 😁”
“Excellent care. Dr. Buscema is very concerned about his patients and very genuine. The new office atmosphere is amazing! The secretary is always smiling and so friendly. You couldn’t ask for better patient care from how you are treated when you walk in, and the treatment from the doctor. The staff is so amazing!”
