“I could spend a full day telling you how Dr Richman has changed my life for the better but to make a very long story short (or try to)- after a very unfortunate life changing event along with having ongoing mood and attention-regulation challenges and now entering perimenopause, I honestly have no idea what I would do without him. It’s sounds cliche, I know. There have been countless times I haven’t wanted to get out of bed and deal with daily life because I just lost hope and quite frankly was sick of being sick, miserable and sick of being someone I knew I wasn’t..That has since changed. He’s been caring for me for awhile now but what made me come here today was because I went to my appointment not mentally feeling well. And when I kinda mumbled it under my breath he said “well let’s talk about it, tell me how you’re feeling”. I am someone who hates bothering people. So I didn’t even want to “burden” him with what I just figured was a “girl” problem. I left my appointment in a completely different mood. I felt heard, taken seriously, and left with a clear plan moving forward. I hope this review finds him and to his staff: especially Christine and Diedre, these ladies hold that office down, answering the phone calls live (not an answering system), taking care of messages, remembering your name and what you need. Sometimes, patients need patience and to put yourself in others shoes. Remember, they are just a small team taking care of an army of patients. So, let’s take time to take that into consideration and appreciate them. Don’t let being put on hold for 2 mins be the worst part of your day…ok I’m done blabbing. I just publicly wanted to say THANK YOU. Thank you for saving me when nobody else would or even cared enough to try. 💕 Thank you ladies for always being there to answer when we call and holding down the fort!”

After having the same PCP for 20+ years with the typical 5-10 min visits, grouchy staff, odd hours, and stale conversations. Since coming here I have been treated like I matter.
