Dr. Anne Mian, MD

“I’ve been seeing Dr Mian for a few years now. I really don’t think some of these reviews are fair. I’ve had to wait a few times but thought to myself she may have someone ahead of me that really needed help with something. I’ve not felt rushed while I was talking with her. When I was at my lowest thinking life wouldn’t get better she said a few things to me that made me feel good about myself. First doctor that didn’t try to push more medications on me. Put yourself in her shoes. Most people want change in their life but would rather complain about it than do something.”

“I wish I could rate a zero. Dr Mian's office took a co pay from my account back in May 2022 and again in July 2022. My EOB stated that my co payment was zero. My insurance company, Cigna, contacted her office and informed them that they owed me a refund of 120.00. Her billing company asked me to send them proof of my payments being taken from my account and copies of the EOB for the 2 dates. I sent all the requested information to them. I did not hear from them or receive a refund for over a month. I reached out to the billing company again and they requested the exact same information, which I had previously emailed them. After a few weeks I contacted them again and they stated they had given all the documents to the account manager and would contact me soon. Well, it is currently, Oct 2023 and I still have NO refund. I have contacted the billing company at least once a month since August of last year. They are now completely ignoring me. I have called Dr Mian's office several times only to be sent to voicemail, where each time I have asked for resolution. I mailed a letter to her office with a copy of withdrawals from my account and the EOB stating that I owed no co payment for those visits. Tracking showed that it was delivered, still no refund, or communication. On top of this fiasco, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Fun fact, the medication she had me on was supposed to be closely monitored with blood pressure checks, as it could cause high blood pressure. This information was never relayed to me. I only saw her 2 times in person, the rest were via zoom. But, armed with this information I could have been checking my blood pressures myself. So, in conclusion I do not recommend Dr Mian, go elsewhere.”

“Dr. Anne Mian, MD was able to find a medication mix to help me after the loss of both my parents and two sons. I am most grateful to Dr. Mian. She is very attentive and listens so I know she really hears me. I will recommend her always to my friends and others.”
